There is more than enough food produced today to feed the world's starving but so much is wasted that it doesn't get to the weakest people in the world (http://www.fao.org/food-loss-and-food-waste/en/). This waste also negatively affects the environment (http://www.un.org/apps/news/story.asp?NewsID=45816#.V109kPmLSUk). I…

Invest in a good sports bra and you won't have a problem.

Bok choi. Choi Sum. Not many Norwegians eat stuff like that at home.

Yes, and I would prefer it if someone told me without first having to consult with strangers on how best to tell me. Maybe you have weight hangups that you're projecting on to your boyfriend? You can be frank, to the point and unambiguous- all that without being cruel or causing someone pain.

I totally understand where you're coming from. I love cooking and I am often in the kitchen making something new. I have been logging for over a year now and the only thing that has worked for me is to overcompensate my calories. I find something similar and go for more than I have eaten. The diary for me is not really…

You should mention how baldness makes him look older than his x-number of years.

A couple of years until I hit the big 40. I'm not dreading it to be honest. I will (hopefully) be in the best shape of my life, I will have completed my engineering degree and we'll have moved into an apartment almost twice as big. What's to fear? No kids, nothing holding us back- it'll be awesome :)

Graham Norton Show Alan Carr's Chatty Man Big Bang Theory.

I agree. I'm gonna have to log for a long long time if I want to avoid becoming huge again. Logging everyday keeps me accountable and eventhough I go over my calories quite often, the task of keeping count helps a lot in reducing overreating.

I started running and I knew that I had to quit in order to take my running to the next level. So I quit smoking.

I check food labels. All. The. Time. These days you can't even buy raw chicken breast without reading the list of ingredients. Some of them are injected with rubbish to make them more plump/ pink etc. It's really quite revolting. The key for us has been about making informed and concious food choices. We know that diet…

I sympathize with your point of view. Incidentally, another golden rule is: 'Don't share things on the internet unless you're willing to accept that the internet harbours all kinds of opinions'.

800 calories in a medium milkshake? What do they put in it? Liquid bacon fat?

No, people don't give me strange looks and that is the intention. I look average so that I don't have to commit random acts of kindness in order to create a contrast to some strange quirk in my appearance. Sounds like too much work.

I avoid pre-packaged, pre-made and overly processed food like the plague. For me there's nothing better than making things from scratch, knowing exactly what has gone into what my family and I are eating.

Once every three weeks or so.

Bone hard toughness. There were days I didn't want to go for a run, tired after work all I wanted to do was just veg out in front of the computer and play games. Those are the days I made myself go for that run- I have pushed myself out of the house while crying. If nothing else, I've been quite tough mentally and that is…

None, thankfully :)

As someone who over-pronates I love my Mizuno Wave Inspire 8 and 9. I've heard Saucony er very good too but never tried them.

Are you exercising? Do intervals and weight training a few times a week and you won't have trouble getting 1200.

I started with a healthier lifestyle not long after I quit smoking (almost two years ago). It happened in stages- first going cold turkey and then reducing the amount of garbage I was eating. The main trigger that helped me stopped smoking was that I wanted to improve my running performance. As a smoker I had hit a wall…

I eat small portions of the meal but don't bother with dessert as sugar is a really bad trigger for me when it comes to over-eating.

Atleast 45 minutes/ 6 days a week. No more than an hour and a half.

It doesn't annoy me. I saw a younger woman (20s I guess) at the gym the other day wearing a really thin strapped bra and running on the treadmill. it even had little bows. She had average sized breasts I guess. Yeah, enjoy it while you can. When you're 45 and can tuck those babies in your waistband you'll wonder why you…

I would be offended if I were the hostess and someone I had invited didn't tell me about allergies in particular. I do not want people dropping dead or having anaphylatctic shocks in my home. Such guests may think they're sorting it out themselves but they lack the courtesy to inform their host/ hostess of something which…
