Totally understand your struggle! I am also counting macros Try things like bread, tortillas, rice, white potatoes/sweet potatoes, oatmeal, cereal. Those should help with carbs too! Feel free to add me and check out my food diary too .)

Also keep in mind that it takes time :) In addition to eating healthier, you must give your body to adjust. It takes a while to start seeing changes on the scale. But don't give up! It's all about the journey

Hi! So I've hit the reset button on my weight loss and have found myself back at 248. I managed to lose about 20 lbs earlier in the year. Unfortunately I've gained it back .. and some. That's definitely hard to deal with I'm sure, but there are many issues that come along with uncontrolled hypertension. Maybe you could meet with a nutritionist or dietitian. They're awesome with helping to modify your diet to reach a goal but still allow you to enjoy the things you love :) I'm sure your cardiologist or…

Love this group! I just restarted C25K a few weeks ago - And I just want to make it through the entire training. The furthest I've ever gotten is week 5 or 6. It helped me run my first 5K last year though!!! Would love some extra friends on this journey. Add me!
