What better way than to finish 2015 off in a kickass way and get a jump start on your 2016 resolution to lose weight and get healthy. So here goes nothing! 7 pounds in 7 weeks .. who's with me? :smiley:

    Yes please! I'm coming off of a stress fracture in my foot so haven't been able to run or exercise much for the last 10 weeks. Still doctor restricted but I can walk now! Wasn't successful maintaining while recovering, so need to drop some off. Definitely in need of a challenge for motivation, particularly with the holidays!

    Hi I would like to join. My name is Nicole 37years old and from Australia. I have finally got off my backside and have been exercising for the past five weeks however am not loosing weight. I have began to realise it's due to my poor eating (large portions and lots of snacks). So I am going to try eat better and would love to drop a bit of weight.
