Nov 27= 174lbs -2.6lbs for the week.
This is my first week in a group and am feel the pressure of having to report.

NSV: yesterday the lady at the post office, who I see maybe once a month and don't even know her name, noticed my weight loss and commented! I couldn't stop smiling and fist pumping in the car as I drove away!

I almost feel guilty for posting this. I really don't know how I have lost 7 lbs in two weeks. I have been eating between 1000 and 1200 calories daily and NOT exercising! I would have expected 4 lbs, but not 7 lbs.! Maybe it will give me a nice little cushion over the holiday stretch!0
