I almost feel guilty for posting this. I really don't know how I have lost 7 lbs in two weeks. I have been eating between 1000 and 1200 calories daily and NOT exercising! I would have expected 4 lbs, but not 7 lbs.! Maybe it will give me a nice little cushion over the holiday stretch!0
