Yes please! I'm coming off of a stress fracture in my foot so haven't been able to run or exercise much for the last 10 weeks. Still doctor restricted but I can walk now! Wasn't successful maintaining while recovering, so need to drop some off. Definitely in need of a challenge for motivation, particularly with the holidays!

Hi I would like to join. My name is Nicole 37years old and from Australia. I have finally got off my backside and have been exercising for the past five weeks however am not loosing weight.
