Struggles/victories for the week: I have not been doing the yoga in the morning like I was. I feel bad for quitting it, and it did make me feel pretty good...will probably start doing it again this week. Another struggle I had was that I had one of those moments where I was hungry and I just wanted to say "screw it" and eat everything in sight. It was after work and I had to come home and cook. I reminded myself why I'm doing this and grabbed some fruit to get me by until supper was ready. Other than that, I feel like I'm getting in a good routine and overall the healthier eating and exercising is becoming second nature. Oh, and I remembered to take my vitamins everyday this week!0 -

Struggles/Victories for the week: My poor broken scale had to be retired. I am pretty sure my toddler was jumping on it to watch the numbers flash. Oh well! The new scale has been very kind to me ths week! I think they may have been calibrated differently, but who cares! I show an awesome loss!

I walk daily, go to gym 2x a week, and have swapped out my usual nighttime wine for perrier. Also eating a piece of fruit daily and more veggies.0 -
