    struggles/ victories for the week: Sticking to the gym, I was doing SO well for 2 weeks, now I feel like I'm starting to slip off. Need to go tonight!!/ I've lost 5 lbs, I haven't gone over my calories yet since Iv'e started!!

    PS- I know my weigh in dates are kind of weird, my weigh in day is Wednesday keeping on schedule with the trip I'm going on in 10 weeks and I wanted to do one at the first and last of the month!

    Struggles/ victories for the week: Sugar is my constant enemy! Also I had my "hungry" day this week... the one day of the month where I want to eat everything in sight! I stuck to my macros though :)

    Struggles/victories for the week: Honestly 1.6 kg seems a hefty amount to lose in like 3 days BUT I suspect a lot of it was actually PMS bloating. Victories: keeping to my calorie goal and exercising every day so far. Also because of the sudden drop in weight I'm changing my goal for the end of the month!

    struggles/ victories for the week: My victory is that I exercised every day, logged in my calories (accountability really helps me!!) and stayed away from sugar. I met with a life coach to look at my self care issues. I stayed within my calorie allowance....sometimes my body doesn't respond at first. I won't give up! I feel stronger and proud of myself.

    Struggles/ victories for the week: Still struggling to cut down on wine so I can eat more. Roasted vegetables and fresh fruit daily are still working for fullness. Walking 1/2 w dog, 3x a week. Added weight training 1 day a week, and hope to eventually go up to three.
