Good morning everyone! Get those weights in today! It's Week 1. I know turkey day is coming and it is difficult for those who are trying to change their life style. Focus on making great healthy choices all week. When T-Day come continue to make wise choices. Have what you want but have portion sizes. Everything is good in moderation. Maybe even get an extra work out in the day before or after!

I accidentally fit into my Mother in law's bra....
