I helped fix it for you. A progress like that should be showcased! So happy for you :)

This was so enlightening! And a little sad that there is no way to reduce the number of fat cells once they are accumulated. Even after weight loss, there is always a possibility of gaining it back (fighting the hunger and all just to fill these fat cells). It will forever be a constant struggle, I guess. Mind over matter!…

I always squirt about 3 drops of MIO in mine :) If you do have an aversion to MIO, fresh fruits are awesome in it too. I always mix fruits, a couple of drops of mio, mix and bam, YUM

Sushi is my weakness lol. I usually plan my sushi fiesta so days prior to that I make sure I go under everyday by like 100, then make sure i workout tons (lol) and finally just enjoy myself during my sushi feast. :P but if you are really cautious about what you eat, here is a site that estimates various types of sushi…

Well, currently there is only my fiance and I. So what I do is, I open up the recipe making thingy in MFP, log in the ingredients, weighing each one diligently etc. Oh prior to that i weigh the pot. Anyway, I proceed to cooking. Once done, I weigh the whole pot with the food in it. Get the total weight, minus it with the…

Lol, I don't think any type of food is bad for you! At least not when taken in moderation anyway. As for me, I only take 3.25% homogenized milk. I can't take it anyway else lol. *hides from health police*

homecooked food especially my mom's. My family always emphasized how home cooked food is a lot healthier than fast food's. Of course, in theory, there is some truth, but it can get very calorie dense if not eaten moderately haha.

^ so agree! Always remember to stay humble regardless how much you have achieved (weight loss or not), don't judge!

Thing is with exercise, you will never have time for it. You have to MAKE time. Even if it means waking up a little earlier, or scheduling a short but effective 30 minute workout when you have at least an hour break. You don't have to find a gym necessarily, there are various fitness videos on YouTube you can follow like…

Triceps and anterior deltoids are definitely the weakest for me.

Weight loss takes awhile. Especially if this is a new change from your past regular routines. Wait it out :) Don't be discouraged! Give it at least a month. :) See it as a lifestyle change, and gauge progress through other means i.e. measuring parts of your body, how your clothes fit, your stamina, how well you are…

Left was on my ID card taken sometime early last year. Right was taken two months ago :) Much slimmer since then too!

My breaking point was when my fiance and I appeared on the newspaper last August and I had bad comments said bout me :( I actually wrote about it here http://mfpmiadhail.blogspot.ca/2012/11/how-it-all-began-and-my-progress-since.html Glad to say that I have lost alot more since then :)

No offence to those who actually use these, but I have always been against these children-leash things. So no, no children-leashes for me :)

so beautiful! inspirational!

Omg such inspiration!! :)

From what I see from friends who link their Facebook to their MFP, all their workouts and any weight loss gets posted. I, for one, do not like having my weight loss journey publicised. lol. I keep them separate. :)

That's so odd your ex would do that, almost sounds pathetic. The last break up I had (which was years ago), I decided to change myself for the better, worked out, lost a lot of weight, and was honestly the best shape I ever was. Sure enough, he begged me to come back to him. Lol, of course, I ain't returning back to a…

Go with your instincts :) I am hoping he is a good trainer (with the weights and all) than he is with nutrition. If so, just ignore his psycho babble, and just make use of his weight training knowledge to the best of your ability :) Edited to add: Or, get another trainer :)

According to http://www.ctvnews.ca/health/heart-attack-grill-s-mascot-dies-of-heart-attack-outside-of-las-vegas-eatery-1.1155094 , the past two mascots have already died of... a heart attack. how ironic.
