My shoulders are weak, I assume it has something to do with them being smaller muscles in general but I can push myself everywhere except my shoulders I push them hard and feel it for days afterward
Where is your weakest area and how do you overcome it?

My legs. Like many guys I did not do much leg training with weights so my legs are weaker then they should be considering my upper body build. When my much younger very fit GF could whoop my *kitten* in leg wrestling, squats and leg press I started to add them.0

My arms are definitely my weakest. I have quite a bit of leg strength from years of soccer and from recent dance, but no sports that I've played have ever required arm strength, so that's definitely my weakness.0

triceps.... eeewk:grumble:0

Triceps and anterior deltoids are definitely the weakest for me.0

I can deadlift about 90lbs, but can barely bench 40?
I don't know much about muscles or whatnot, but that seems a bit odd to me.0 -

The shoulders take a beating in a lot of other movements too - often you don't really need to add much shoulder isolation work, especially if you include heavy compounds in your routine.
For me, it would probably be my lower back or external rotators.0 -
Upper body - especially shoulders - I guess this isn't uncommon for women according to a coach at the Y.0

my weakest spot are my arms. It's really hard for me to life weights sometimes and i can get really sore from lifting the lightest weights the day after. I still do weight training for my legs and arms but i dont see anything changing in my arms, only my legs0

My triceps are my weakest part.0

Shoulders and my left arm. My left rotator cuff has been bothering me since training and the left side is noticeably weaker than my right.0

Shoulders, definatly.0

Shoulders for me. I too have a left arm that is a bit weaker than my right.0

My back is my weak point due to a permanent injury..but i hit it hard (usually 3x a week). its still weak but im making progress.0 -
my wrists. I could be doing somethings wrong, because they ache a lot. the pain is tolerable though. it's not only weigh lifting, also at work.0

Core excersises unfortunately... thats what breaking your back will do to you. I push through as much as I can take.0
-
Hamstrings. While legs aren't my strong point, my hamstrings take a lot to stimulate for any type of growth.

Weakest area is my chest & shoulders so I make sure to work this area twice each week. In the past 2 months my shoulder press has gone up 20lbs and my bench has gone up 30lbs.0

Same here, I deadlift around 120 Ibs but only bench 55, but DLs use core muscles including the back where as benches focus more on chest and arms? (I'm guessing here, feel free to correct me!!).
So, arms totally!0 -
when I was young............no don't fall asleep lol, my triceps and hamstrings were weak.
Nowadays its my shoulders I notice are weakest!0 -

Not odd at all. Upper bodies, especially for women, are weaker than lower bodies.0
