  • I have a pic of me at 326lbs hanging from my rear view mirror, if i ever hit a drive thru, I throw the fries out the window when I see the pic, I also have a scientific model of 1# of fat sitting at my desk that I stare at, it' s just gross!
  • I always strart with the salad, extremely low cal, and miso soup...also a good filler & low cal. Try to use the green or low sodium soy...Enjoy!

  • I lost 150, was 326 at 5'3".....I did it by putting the fork down & exercising. Baby steps...I took my time, I took a few years, I retrained myself to discover what "normal" is for me. I don't feel that the surgery changes the issues in your head that cause you to overeat and become morbidly obese. A lot of soul searching…

  • I am on my 2nd Mirena and have lost 144lbs so far (100+before MFP). No problems or issues at all, I have PCOS and would pass out at the pain when a cyst would blow....it was necessary to get the Mirena....no problems what so ever & no more exploding cysts:)
