I agree with all of the above...my diet aid was firstly commitment, determination, will power, less calories per day and more...lots more exercise! and the weight began to shift. Don't forget to log everything! Hope this helps. All the best:smile:

NO... NO... NO! not a good idea...your body will go into starvation mode and begin to hold on to anything you eat. Easiest way to lose weight is eat well and exercise. It's as simple as that! ...however...(lots of discipline and motivation required:smile: )

I work in the school environment, up and down the school corridors all day, though, I would not call that exercise as it does not cause my heart rate to increase. Your heart rate should increase when you exercise and you should be using more energy than usual. Hope this helps.:smile:

Load of rubbish... I have been drinking green tea for years, not because of the health properties, but because I love the taste of green tea and I am afraid to say it did not supress my appetite :-(. Lovely tea though :-)

Let me tell you girl...for years I have suffered with bad PMT, as the years went by it became worse with heavy bleeding, After years of going back and forth to doc's, they reluctantly, ( I say reluctantly, because doc initially told me I was too young to be starting the menopause...but they realised they were very wrong!)…

MFP will tell you that if you don't eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode, eventually messing with your metabolism, then causing weight gain! eat girl! as long as you are eating your daily calories and exercising, you will still be burning even when you are sleeping!
