I think its on the higher MET end. If you use a Fitness Blender free youtube routine alot of times they will give you estimates of calories burned. I use the low end being a lighter female.

I just discovered that a smoothie made the night before is still good the next AM... I thought it would separate or change texture... etc. I make up many different combo or use fitness recipes... So blend at night and grab and go in the morning!

Lots of good ideas... especially the kettlebell. On youtube you can find a lot of variety with fitness blender.

Hubby is in the food business.... went to an all day seminar at a local university put on by the head chef.... he had appetizers and a catered lunch.... THEN a whole spread of totally raw food. Even though this meat and potatoes man was full from lunch, he could not stop eating- it was so good! Gotta be something to it!

I work out with someone who yawns under extreme heart rate HIIT workouts! I think it is a body chemical response to stress of any type!

Plan ahead so you know you have food coming. Pre log and pre prep. My fridge has chopped chicken and veggies ready to go and I know I have another meal in a couple hours. But still, its hard. I dont really know what causes it or stops it. I would like to! I keep working on self evaluation troubleshooting!

I would add a second for the Fitness Blender youtube resource. Free and has a ton of options. There is a low impact cardio for beginners that I just did with a friend that recently had gastric bypass surgery and it worked great.

Well, I like it. I get the unsweetened vanilla 30 cal per cup. That makes it less cal than milk and it has more calcium but less protein. So it depends on what you are going for.

Leg lifts in a plank position and straight leg deadlifts. Also google resistance band glute exercises and see if there is anything there. I am thinking a band around your thigh and another stationary object that allows you leg tension while in a standing position with no knee bending.
