Hi I started last year and lost 10 pounds. My life got so busy that stopped logging in my calories. I gained a few pounds this Summer working at a Jewish Summer Camp and the only food that was offered was Kosher. I am trying to get back on track so I am going to start logging in my calories starting at Lunch time. Feel…

My husband is a vegeterian so I was reading your post. Are you using a Mock chicken broth. I just got confused because you added vegan (which was the reason I was reading) and saw chicken broth. Your suggestions sounded good I will just convert it to vegetable broth.

I counted steps and I would push myself to finish the day. I even counted the steps walking around my house doing chores it added up quickly. I also would go for a extra walk to finish up my count. I live in Florida so when it gets really hot I drive to my local Walmart and browse the store and get my steps in. There were…

I like quinoa too. I made it in a loaf a few times. It was great. I made sandwiches with it, shepard pie. I also used the rest in casseroles in replace of meat. It yields alot of food. Also love quinoa salad. It is easy to cook in a rice cooker as well.

I don't mean to be mean so please excuse me but I don't feel there is something as almost Vegeterian. I would just say I go meatless when I can.

It is horrible and very expensive. Don't waste your money. I eat real Peanut Butter but measure the portion.

At 10 years old the boy should be old enough to wait outside the females changing room. The mother needs to get herself dressed and her daughter and brush her hair later. Common sense
-
I would never allow my son to be in there. At 10 years old the boy needs to be out of there. That Mother needs a reality check. The Mom should change quickly and have the son wait outside the changing area.

Try making some Indian food. The recipes are easy to make once you learn how to combine the seasonings. You can use alot of vegetables and serve them over rice as well. My hubby loves Curried Cauliflower. Most Indian dishes are also served with rice. Indian spices also great for your health. Tumeric is a great spice and…

Ramen Noodles have wheat so please don't eat them

This is such a good idea. I am going to look more closely at the food I eat and pick 10 and will stick to those. It will be easier for me to stay on track. Thanks

I am sorry. I would go for a glass of Milk if avaibale that would fill you up alittle. In your Grandma's eyes you are still a kids. My son is 32 and I treat him like a child too at times. Then he reminds me he is an adult. On the flip side it is hard for me at times as I have a 9 and 11 year old

You are too young to be in a relationship. Go to school, get a degree.!!!!!!!!! Talk to your parents. Don't settle. Move on. Take care of your daughter, get a Degree. Check out Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists. You can become a fitness trainer with one of those degrees and get paid well. At 19 focus on your…

Time to move on but don't put all your time on yourself. Definately have a plan for time. Don't give up your dreams but also make sure you take time for your daughter. It is harder when you are single, so figure out what you need to do. Don't stay with somebody just because you feel you have to. Nobodyhas the right to…
