My surge works fine but my band is starting to tear in a few spots. It is over a year old so they will only offer me 25% off a new product. Anyone else experiencing this kind of thing?

As our bodies get older it is not only harder to lose it is harder to maintain. After losing 100lbs when I turned 40 I have put back on 34. I am hoping to lose 15 and maintain. Good Luck on your Journey

It really doesn't matter if you walk or run. Either is fine just get out and do it. I have done half marathons and I do a walk/jog alternate and still complete it in just over 2 hours.
