I am right there with you! I have been trying - I bought a walking pad because it’s so easy to just jump on it while scrolling or watching TV. There’s really no excuses and they’re pretty affordable. I am also trying some supplements like Metamucil.

I had this the other day and MFP has it at 680 calories. HOWEVER when I ordered it at Wendy's they asked me "single, double, or triple?" So I'd imagine that the "double" or "triple" is 700++++ cal just for the sandwich!!!!

Even regardless of whether or not the allegations are true, I do think she's a bit of a hypocrite. She preaches about how if you want to lose weight, you have to work hard for it then comes out with diet pills. Not natural supplements but diet pills with dangerous chemicals and side effects. I just had a consultation today. They are checking in with my insurance company to see if they will cover it...I should have an answer in 6 weeks max. If they will cover it, I'm going through with it! I'm so excited and nervous! I will be going from a DD to a C if they will perform the operation.

I go over every day as well. Today I haven't (...yet lol) cause I've been watching it. Curious to see if I will lose weight any faster by keeping it at what MFP suggests. Most of mine comes from fruits and berries as well so if I end up going over I don't fret about it personally. Still losing weight.
