Hey all -- day 1, week 2 of C25K for me last night. Didn't so well with eating but today I start with my clean eating ways! I started off the morning with steel cut oats and a tbls. of organic honey. I'm excited to see what sort of food possibilities this will bring on!

Good Morning! I finally got some heavier weights last night and did Burn Circuit 1 with 15 lb. weights (for the lower body stuff)...wow! I feel great today. Tonight is going to be day 1, week 2 of C25K, hope I can keep up! Have a great day!

Yeah, I tried TJ as well but it felt like Chalene was leading a cheerleader's group! She is totally different in CE -- much more motivational but not too perky! I will have to look into Superfoods RX, the hard part now is trying to turn my boyfriend into a clean eater too so all those tasty treats aren't lying around…

Yes!! I have the exact same problem! Sometimes we go out to dinner on the weekends and sometimes I go visit my parents and just eat what I want...it sucks! All that hard work throughout the week and then I just go and ruin it! I am up for some weekend accountability!

Have you ever done the P90X? I am thinking of getting that one or another of the Beachbody programs but am skeptical! I tend to lack motivation sometimes so I don't want to spend all that money and end up not doing it!

Yes, it has been quite helpful to me. I enter both my food and exercise diaries first thing in the morning and it certainly helps keep me in check for the day. I find that since it is all ready "set in stone" I feel the need to follow my plan. Good luck!
