  • Freaks me too. You are not alone. Every patient they bring back to America from overseas has made their first stop for a plane refuel in my city. Less than a mile from my house. And, of course, the media has to be right there when it does stop. Nobody is supposedly getting off these planes but the door is always open.

  • Biotin s a supplement for hair, skin and nails. I am taking it 2 times a day recommended on the bottle and Biotin is also in my multi vitamin. I am just not seeing any results. I have read where it can last for 6 months before it starts regrowing. I just do not understand why it happens to me.

  • What do you have MFP set on. If you are not losing with it set at 1 lbs try setting it for 1.5 lbs of weightloss in your goals and also as far as protein and fiber. The numbers on here are the minimum a person should have. My doctor said to eat alot more of those and more protein and fiber will help you lose more.
