I do it in the morning as I eat my brekky, plan the food for the entire day and adjust accordingly.I eat plenty of"normal" foods just log it all

at almost 48 I am closer to 50 now:angry: 3 youngish kids keep me on my toes.I attend a 45 min exercise class once a week( wed nights) and walk and/or do a michelle bridges 30 min dvd alternate days or just when I feel like it

I check in my weight here once a week, after my weekly weigh in at a exercise class butI usually weigh myself most mornings as I like to keep an eye on things.It's just me being impatient/nosy

I dont understand the US (farenheit) measurements but here in Sydney its Autumn but still feels like summer its going to be 31 degrees C today.Bring on the cooler months! I am over the heat and humidity

raisin toast + coffee or a bowl of uncle tobys plus calcium with lite milk depends on my mood.I dont eat early, usually not before 8.30am.In fact I just finished my cereal at 10 am, as I walked to the bus stop with the kids then went for a walk before eating at 9.30 am

My check in weight here is what I am at a weekly exercise session so I have lycra pants a singlet top and sneakers on so clothed but I wear the same each week.When I check my progress at home it's naked as long as you compare the weight on same scales it should be ok if you go by clothed or not clothed weight

1200 calories per day, took 1 week.No special foods just smallish servings and a bit of moderate exercise

I get them "at that time of the month" , pretty much every month but they have not been too bad lately.Mine seem to be hormone related perhaps yours are too.Sorry no advice or treatment just commisserations:(

I do the same and don't feel like I'm on a "diet". I have had a glass of wine with my evening meal some nights too.
