I am back :-). I will start all over again today, since I had to take a 10 day break. Goal_Driven, I had a stall too. I actually started to eat a little more and the pounds started to come off again. Maybe you need to change your eating habits in one way or the other?

@meenzer: Ich hab gelernt, dass man mehr Kalorien verbrennt, wenn man zuerst das Gewichttraining macht und danach Cardio. Ich fange morgen wieder mit meiner DVD (30 Day Shred) an, versuche aber meine Schulter noch was zu schonen. Ich hab jetzt eine Woche ausgesetzt...werde langsam ungeduldig.

Ich finde generell fährt man damit gut, Lebensmittel aus lokalen Anbau zu kaufen. Ich sage nur gefrorene Erdbeeren aus China?! I use the Jillian micheals app to record my calories. In there they count 27 minutes of 30ds as 260-271 cal. (145-142 lbs body weight).

I am on a stop now. I can't excersize due to a pinched nerve in the shoulder and yesterday I even gained 1.5 pounds back. I have this number (142 lbs) and I can't get under it. I feel bummed :-(

My knees hurt today, so I did the 6 weeks 6 pack one. Man' that one felt even harder to me. No way I can do both in one day!

The only explanation she gives is "you need to put stress on your body, to make it change as fast as possible". I did the David Kirsch diet a few years ago and he forces you to exercise evey day too. (I had a very old book, not sure if that's still the case). And all over was his diet way too crazy for me.

I know, the push ups where killing me. Honestly on the first day, I could not do one. Now I can do about 5, without cheating :)

This morning I felt some muscles in my stomache - I am amazed, there could be some hidden under the baby fat. ;-) @Goal_Driven: I think it is very likely that you gained, because of the muscle buildup. You already lost 22 lbs, that is amazing! When did you start?

I just ordered the Yoga Meldown as well. I thought for the days my knees hurt, Yoga could be a good choice. :)

I think I will start the 6 pack tomorrow. And thanks for the link to your blog! Very inspirational. My belly looks today, like your starting pic :). I am so glad I found this page/group, since I don't have any one here who needs to loose weight and could give me a pep talk.

I started on Sep 19th and had a break the last two days. My fear is that all my endurance is gone, and I will be sore again. And I was sooooo sore. I was 154. Goal is 130ish. @danceVivkidance: How is the six pack DVD? Does it show results as fast as 30DS? Are you guys dieting as well?

Sounds good...I am in! I had a two day break now and going to start back up tomorrow. My knees feel better and I bought some braces for initial support. Nice, I want to do the six pack one at the same time too! (My belly is my trouble area)

I started 5 days ago and I am amazed how fast you see results. I was aching bad the second day, but pushed through it. I think it's hard on my knees though. Is anyone else having knee pain after 30ds? I am glad I found support :-)
