Dear OP: If you're not eating at a deficit then all the boot camp exercise isn't going to do anything! I started in December going from completely sedentary to exercising 5/6 times a week for at least 20 minutes. And yes, I figured that the exercise would put me in a calorie deficit - guess what!! I have an analog scale and am so frustrated with it!! It just isn't doing anything for me, especially when your motivation rests on you losing a pound or two. Hi 5'1" as well. I just googled "calculate ideal weight based on age and height" and a number of sites are available. That being said, I am 48 years old and the BMI calculates that I should weigh between 98 and 132 pounds approx.

LOL! I love this. At 5'1" I also have problems with the steering wheel and my tummy and big chest! I find the winter is worse when you have to put on a heavy coat and then you can hardly move, which is not good when driving. Congrats on the 8+ pounds and keep going.
