  • I refuse to take out the International delight creamer for my coffee. Since it already has sugar in it I don't put anything else in coffee. and I use almost half of the serving it says. I don't use artifical sweeteners as they sometimes can give me side effects.

  • Anyone ever try meal replacement shake using "All the time Whey Protein powder? I hear it is good. Thinking of doing that for Breakfast or lunch or both. I may try for breakfast first and see how it makes me feel. I usally eat cereal or instant oatmeal every morning and it holds me well til lunch.
  • I have tried all kinds of Greek yogurt and don't like texture too & too much tang. I like stoneyfield lowfat yogurt as it is natural and no additives & fake sugar.

  • Don't throw it out as the Expiration is usually more than a year depending on what it shows on your can. Box cake mix - chocolate & a can of pumpkin. Forget what else but you don't use eggs and bake up for a yummy lowfat treat!

  • That is a hard one as I love snacking watching TV! My husband does not help as he like to snack too! On something sweet mostly. I have been better this week and do have a snack like WW Chocolate snack cake at 80 calories I think. Or have a cup of tea with honey in it.

  • I like the machine too as it makes me sweat! But I have to fit in when my husband is not using it. I have not been consistant with exercise as I would love to be able to get up earlier and do it before work. That way I can chill when I get home from work or take the dogs for a walk before dinner.
