I am not sure where you are from, But you should check out the Ste-Méthode while grain loaf with sprouted wheat. 60 calories a sclice and has great nutrition

You could make healthy breakfast cookies with some oatmeal, smashed bananas, plain yogourt, some spice , dried fruit and nuts. They're delicious and on the go! All nutritious ingredients in there!

All kind of salads; greek, beans, edamame, etc! Cauliflower rice sushi, gaspacho with some protein, sandwiches off all kind . Bbq is great option too or something that's quick on the stove like a sauté, Smoothies
