I don't know, when I take Vit C I get sick less frequently and it helps shorten a cold. Vit C helps to oxidize unwanted viruses in the body if your immune system can't get to them. It doesn't improve your immune system, just helps it out a little. I personally am a fan of it.

Yes, I do. Fruit has sugar, which count for carbs. As for vegetables, I count them too unless it's something like 3 slices of cucumber on a sandwich. Those calories are negligible.

I think everyone needs to think carefully and do legitimate research before jumping to conclusions. I'm not sure where I stand on aspartame. But please do remember that anecdotal evidence is not very strong and circumstantial at best.

I really love Asics. Mine were quite expensive, over $100, but I bought them for my half marathon back in July and still wear them to run/exercise in today. I know they have models that are less expensive. I believe I bought a pair for about $40 once.

Shots. Honestly, if you wanna get drunk take a couple shots and you'll be good to go. A rule of thumb I stand by is 1 shot = about 100 cals. I usually like to have about 5-6 shots throughout the night, so I try and exercise more before nights I know I'm going out so that I can have a surplus of calories to spend on booze.…

Yup your net should be 1370. That's the # of cals MFP has calculated for you to be losing weight, so you want to make sure that your cals in + cals out = 1370 :)
