Am I supposed to eat my Net calories?

I'm coming from Weight Watchers so I'm not used to actually seeing calories/net calories. I get 1370 calories a day. I workout 6 days a week and burn any where from 400 to 800 calories a workout. Today I ate all of my 1370 calories given to me and about 30 of my exercise calories. I still have a NET of 902. Is my NET supposed to say 0, 500 (to lose 1 pound a week), or what?
I read to threads that are on top of the forum but I'm still a little confused.
Thanks in advance!

Your net should say 1370. technically you can eat as many cals as you want, as long as you do enough exercise to make sure the net stays at 13700

Your Net is your total amount of calories consumed MINUS what you've worked off. So if you ate all 1370 calories but worked off 500, your Net should read 870. Make sense?0

Yup your net should be 1370. That's the # of cals MFP has calculated for you to be losing weight, so you want to make sure that your cals in + cals out = 13700
