  • I drank Shakeology on and off for 3 years. I liked it but I found that 1st Phorm Level-1 (found at Supplement Stores) was more affordable for me and more flavors. I love drinking a shake in the morning on my commute in.

  • I'm all in for this!! I'm recovering from a stress fracture that is taking it's sweet time to heal, so I've had to rely on clean eating and walking/biking. I'm starting the JM Body Revolution program today and hope to stick with it for the duration. My goal is to lose 10 lbs in August and hopefully 25 by December 31st!
