  • I didn't have a c section but 9 months ago I had my daughter and I hate that loose skin/ lower belly pooch. Id like to know what exercises work for that area also. Id like to know what worked for people. Cause ive heard doing the wrong belly exercises make your belly look larger in some cases.

  • I spoke with a dan(I think that was his name on this forum) He asked me for all of my information and he found my right numbers for me. So I believe that I am eating what im suppose to, I drink 64 fluid ounces of water daily. I might up my exercise and try that....That might help some. Thanks for the advice everyone!
