    I started this a few weeks ago and got to day 8 but then completely forgot about it for a few days so gave up :0/ I will do it this time :) starting with 50 this evening

    I'm the same! Wasn't well for about a week and forgot about it when I got back to proper exercise - doh!

    I started yesterday and I will stick with it this month :)
