    Not for my first time. For the next 30-day challenge, I'm going to use my body bar (a weighted bar).

    I think I'm going to try this. I'm freaked out- last time I did 100 squats I couldn't walk for like a week... I'm definitely going to do it in sets though

    Today was actually my day two. I had to take a 1 min breather halfway but the second half was a breeze for some reason lol.

    Quick question, should you do warm up before this? I generally just get up and do it as a break from studying and then get back to work lol
