    Day one done. Used just my body weight - which is plenty :smile: - but can see holding my 3, then eventually, 10 lb dumbbells too.

    Wow. I saw the same challenge on a facebook or pintrest post a few days ago.
    I started it that evening. I did my 60 (so, day 3) today. I'm down.
