            Wow this is a bit intimidating but count me in. My workout routine is going to be a lot more interesting. I guess since today is the first and I didn't do anything I need to do 50 squats... hmmm... maybe I will do them with my kettlebell.0

 I'm the same! Wasn't well for about a week and forgot about it when I got back to proper exercise - doh!
