            I keep seeing this challenge pop up all over the place, but have never seen any discussion or posts regarding results obtained by those who have completed it. I am intrigued to try this. Has anyone out there actually seen tangible results by completing this challenge previously?0

            I did it last month! Not as hard as you think. Break up the squats into sets of 25 and do them throughout the day. I was really getting sore in the last week or two, but it's doable.
 ETA: I think my butt is a little higher now and my knees are definitely stronger. I don't see much of a difference in size in regards to my legs but the muscles feel harder.0
