does anyone know how to meaure calories burned doing squats? I could be interested in trying this. My goals would be lower, though. It would be a big deal if I could get to 50 or 75!0

I did this challenge in February. It was fairly easy to do in the bathroom, and now my butt is all Nicki Minag'ed
Not complaining but made my pants tighter.

I joined yesterday, i did 60 yesterday, was relatively easy.
