Day 1 - 50 squats - Started on 4/3/13 so I only did 30 on my first day since I started late on this.
Day 2 - 55 squats -
Day 3- 60 squats- Done-I actually did 100 not 60 today on 4/4/13, I started late on this so I am behind some.
Day 4 - REST
Day 5 - 70 squats Done-I did 100 today in 2 sets of 50! Still able to walk!
Day 6 - 75 squats
Day 7 - 80 squats
Day 8 - REST
Day 9- 100 squats
Day 10 - 105 squats
Day 11 - 110 squats
Day 12 - REST
Day 13 - 130 squats
Day 14 - 135 squats
Day 15 - 140 squats

I am on day 24 (rest).
Been very faithful to this and can tell a world of difference. Going into the 200's tomorrow. Never thought I could do this. All I can say is wow and kudos to anyone that completed this!0 -

Well I'm a beginner so I'm going to start off with 25 squats..But if you really looked at the schedule for every day you rest you add between 10/20 and when you rest on the 24th day.. the next day you add 30 additonal squarts...That is a lot of squats...Lol~ But most definitely Good Luck to All!!~!~!0
