I do this as well. I love it! I will also take thin slices of chicken and use them as the noodles in Lasagna. Or a pizza omelette. My kids love those too. Shoot now I am hungry.

I started with Starting Strength as well but am in my 4th stage for NWOL4W and I think it is great. Since I am getting near the end I am also looking at Strong Curves and I am trying to decide if I want to move to that and then come back or do another round of NWOL4W.

Yes!! I was at 1400 and wasn't losing as well. I upped it to 1800 based on how much I workout and started losing again. For most people 1200 is not enough if you workout regularly.

I am on the Keto diet. It is low carb high fat and I have lost a lot of weight. It switches your body to burn fat instead of glycogen. You should look into that. I practice Hot yoga for 60-90 mins a day 3-4 days a week. I have noticed that I have become way more flexible. Including losing 35 lbs since Jan. It could be a number of factors. Maybe sugar alcohols in some of the foods/sweeteners you are eating. It could just be simply that since you don't have much to lose it is going to be slow.

I have never tried it but I know those that have and stick with it LOVE it. I think if I am going to attempt anything like that I am going to do CrossFit.

I have always worried about my joints (arthritis) but know that I am doing keto I have been feeling better. I want my kids to learn to so maybe we will all do it together :)

I always use the leftover meats on my lunch salad the next day. This week I am going to try and make some chicken strips with coconut flour and maybe try some mozzarella cheese sticks with a Parmesan crust.

I too have a problem with not enough calories. I have to find something at the end of the night to help with those few extra.
