Have you tried cutting out refined sugar and wheat? Also remember muscle weighs more than fat. You could of put on some muscle from all the exercising, so a little of the extra weight you are carrying could be muscle you put on.

This is just my opinion because no one diet or exercise program fits all. You have to do what works for you. I have found that cutting out refined sugar and white flour has made me feel a lot better.

If you want to be healthy make sure all the food you eat is unprocessed. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meat, fresh fish, fresh eggs and fresh milk. Stay away from processed foods as much as you can.

A high protein diet is where your meal consists of 30% protein and 70% of carbs (dark green/light vegetables). I choose not to eat protein for breakfast but rather have oats with milk which is better than cereals full of sugar.
