I've filled my pizza cravings by going with flat-out whole grain flat breads as the crust (100c), Organic sauce (70c), turkey pepperoni (70c), skim mozzarella and parmesan (100c), onions, broccoli, etc. You can eat a whole pizza for around 350-400 calories and satiate your craving in the process.

The food I eat most is popcorn - behind chocolate it's my favorite food in the world. Found out my favorite microwave popcorn only has 140 calories a bag - I make it fit almost daily into my calories. ;) Chocolate, I have a little bit, but there's really no low calorie option there (though I do try to reach for dark chocolate now).

For breakfast I've been eating a lot of oatmeal and egg whites.

Least are my least favorite foods are things like lima beans and eggplant - because I pretty much eat what I want just less of it.

    MOST:

    eggs
    bell peppers
    mushrooms
    onions
    salmon
    beans
    imitation crab
    lettuce/kale/spinach
    tortillas
    Greek yogurt

    avocado
small quantities of nuts and cheese
100% wheat bread from Ozark Hearth brand
    baked potatoes
    berries
    chocolate chips

I love these foods and find that they are easy to fit into my log. Most of them are healthy.

Foods I eat least would be beef, pork, and poultry because I don't eat those. Stopped liking them.

I like these foods but eat them rarely because they're unhealthy and/or I see bad trends in my weight loss when I eat them:

    Chinese food in general
    pizza
    sourdough bread
    cheesecake
    frozen custard
    burritos and tacos from restaurants
    Subway & other similar sandwiches

Well I think I might be eating too much chicken. I had a couple meals with chicken today with a total of 19oz. Generally I go through 3lbs each week.

    Most:
Yogurt (either for making soup creamy or for dessert with honey)
    Varieties of cheese
    Vegetable juice with tabasco!
Salads (usually made with cabbage, lettuce, carrots, peppers, cucumber)
    roasted veggies
    Carrot sticks
    Lean meats (chicken and fish)
    Hummus
    whole grain rolls
    pasta, potatoes, rice in moderation
    porridge oats
    muesli bars
soups (tomato vegetable and chicken noodle with carrots/onion/celery are my faves)
    asian food (Japanese, Indian, Thai)
    apples
    ice cream (occasional treat)
    dark chocolate (occasional treat)

    Least:
    fried food
    overly sweet desserts/cookies/cakes
    pastries
junk food (potato chips, salty fat snacks, candy)
Hate a lot of American style Chinese food in general
    regular soda

The "least" food category is simply food that I don't find appealing--too heavy/sweet/whatever. It's not the end of the world if I'm stuck eating Domino's but I'd just as soon be eating a shrimp salad.
