my does time fly. Actually i've been on maintenance since November 2014. Also, I checked several dates & was very strict with recording my eating during September & October especially
-
how would I do this? I tried to put calendar back to September & October 2014 without success. That only changed the calendar to where I would be adding food to it.

very happy for you!!! I've tried several times to quit the sugar addiction & was good for a week. I still have one Coke Zero almost daily, the white flour isn't really an issue with me because I've found gluten free recipes. That doggone sugar is an entirely different story so far :(

Urgent care Dr said there wasn't anything wrong he could see but the Xray Dr showed him a tear. They didn't agree on this. The 'pop' followed by immediate pain was behind & on lateral side of left knee. I have a follow up appt. on Friday with my personal physician & have been doing some research until them. A lateral…

I've had my flex for about 6 mo, would like to have the Charge HR however reviews aren't the best plus they're overpriced compared to some comparable other trackers
-
thanks for the input, I've been thinking about buying an HR all-in-one tracker. Currently have the FitBit Flex which is OK but I would like to track my HR also. My problem is that I'm also registered with Weigh & Win and they only recognize FitBit at this time. Guess I need to keep on being patient & looking
-
steps don't get recorded onto MFP, I must type them in the "notes" section. My FitBit does collect the info I write in on MFP though. If you find another way let me know

I suggest you look at yourself in a full length mirror after showering & be honest with what you see. If you like your new look then…
