  • I just bought one too. I am beginning to wonder how accurate the calories burned is. I was told that you shouldnt use it if there are others around you that may have a hrm of there own.
  • I think motivation is important. I would try to see if working out with friends will help. Also, you should always have a day during the week or at least one meal that you splurge a bit. You shouldnt try and stick with the same ol all the time.
  • I loved Insanity but its not a workout you want to do all of the time unless your really super fit. I have combined Hip Hop Abs and Rockin Body and do One cd each on those. I love it because its fun and even though I am burning serious calories it doesnt feel like a workout but something I am excited to do everyday.
