Totally understand- I also get really swollen fingers which I absolutely hate the feeling of when I eat fast food- I like to that I don't crave it hardly anymore-that said I had an egg mcmuffin yesterday :)

Awesome job-totally can relate to kids in the way of exercising-banned them from my room but doesn't stop them from doing the exercises in the hallway-I hope they continue to learn to love exercising!

I bought dark choc pieces and serving size is 50 so I eat 10 but I freeze them so I have to suck on them. Satisfys my craving!

I love a frozen mini york peppermint patty-takes a while to eat plus the mint flavor in your mouth makes anything else you try to eat taste nasty!

We're about on the same schedule of weight loss- I had to do some youtube dvd's-if I walk outside I freeze and my eyes water-but every bit helps right!

I LOVE baked apples-mine are one apple sliced, 1 tblsp oatmeal, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, sprinkle of cinnamon, spray about 4 sprays of parkay. Microwave 1 min. Let cool=eat- I use a small apple-about 85 calories-yum!

That is great! One of the things I dislike the most is my double chin. I didn't realize I was getting fat until in pics you can see the two moles under my chin starring back at me. I secretly worry that it will stay there with my body getting slimmer-thanks for the confidence that it too will shrink!
