More than 2k Sq. ft? you need a 5ton unit. 1 ton for every 500 sq. ft. And I do recommend buying a well known name like Trane or Carrier.

Looks good if you have no equipment. I would add sit-ups,push-ups, air squats, burpees, walking lunges, other body weight movements, etc. I do say one day of rest, but that being said, trust your body. It will let you know when it needs a break.

S Q U A T S!!! Deep Squats. They don't necessarily have to weighted, more reps of 'air' squats are a really good. Also dead-lifts, good mornings, leg presses, lunges, etc. *Disclaimer: I am not an expert, just letting you know from my experience and what has worked for me.

Disclaimer: I'm not an expert While working out, go as deep as your body will let you. Listen to your body , it will let you know when to stop. If you were just maxing out, then I would say go 90 degrees to just past 90. Good Day.

It's addicting. The first time I went I just wanted to go back but, can't really afford it. So I CF at home. You feel terrible when you leave but, as you drive home be thinking I want to do that again!

I didn't read all the other posts, so here is my opinion(take it for what it's worth). I tend to feel better when I'm off Diet sodas. That's why I am currently off them. Diet sodas do contain more sodium than regular 'sugar full' ones.

This will sound redundant..... 1.Warm-up 2.Lift/Strength training 3.Cardio/Conditioning Back in HS we always did conditioning at the end of practice. Similar???

Does the local box have a website? If so, check it out. They most likely post their WOD on it. I use my local box's as well as Crossfit Mayhem's, Rich Froning's Box(2-time CF Games Champion) he does the programming. He almost always has a strength element before the metcon in the WOD.

If you "hug" a plate, Then I recommend Front squats. I prefer front squats anyway. Other ideas have already been suggested, but you could also try:sandbag(s), kettlebells and/or dumbells.
