Just make sure form is not compromised and you'll be fine. I recommend CF. For me it was the most horrible yet wonderful feeling I've ever had after a workout. If that makes sense. I do the WOD's at home. Best Wishes to you on your Fitness journey.

Redundant, but actually measure out and eat a portion. Other than that my wife takes Chocolate graham crackers and whip topping, makes a sandwich, puts in freezer. =Ice cream sandwich substitute. On WW it was like 1 point, its about 60 calories, I think.

SAM'S club carries a whey protein 23grams protein, 4grams carbs and 120 cals for $18 and change for 30 day supply. I've mixed it with a smoothie,milk,almond milk and water. I don't take if I don't do a WOD. Not as sore the next day after taking it compared to not.
