  • sorry that should be 30-50kms cycling minimum per weekend
  • I drive a desk during the day but do a fair bit of walking around too, add in spinning 3 nights a week and 30-50kms on a weekend and still use lightly active ! probably wrong but it helps the weight loss. Ant suggestions for me, should i up my activity level? BTW never hungry

  • You could try Olympus Health Protein, its a mixture of whey and soya protein which some say is better than 100% whey. Its not really thick but its normally on offer for £29.99 for 5kg. I use the strawberry and cream flavour.

  • Not an expert but i tend to not worry abouts macros, are you on low carb because this really strips out the sugar craving? might be worth trying for a week or two? worked for me and no carb binges either :-)

  • A HRM will help you target the ideal zone for fat burn which is normally 65 - 75% of your maximum heart rate, aim to exercise in this zone and it will fly off for you ! I use a timex ironman watch/chest strap combo which you cannot sync unfortunately but i do keep a log in excel so no problem for me. Not the best answer…
