OK I have one... you do get a workout from using it (only on your core and a little upper body) but it doesn't help a whole lot with the flab...I had a C-section and that flab is only going to come off with diet :-(. The machine is decent, but it is tough to do longer than 4 min at a time!

My doctor told me that herbal tea counts toward your water intake...so if you drink herbal tea with Truvia, or Stevia instead of sugar you can count that too. I ony drink about 2 bottles of water daily but my green tea, and yerba mate' tea make up for it :-)

Hey you know what? I don't but I never thought about adding my multi-vitamin on my food tracker! It obviously has so many vitmains in it that I am getting and never accounting for. I am in the same boat....I know I need to drink more but I am not doing that great at drinking my water. However I did talk to my doctor about it and she said you can count cups of tea as water too....so if you have a cup of tea add that to your water intake, I hope that helps!

Honestly I wait to weigh myself until the day after my period goes off and surprisingly enough I still lost weight! I just could not bring myself to do it during cause I did not want to get depressed from any increases.

I would not be happy about my scale moving up....I think a good workout in the AM can combat the extra calories though :wink:
