I envy your wt loss. I'm only down 12 lbs in 2 months (and that was all in the first month) and seem to be stuck there. I'm so very discouraged right now. I have some knee problems and am awaiting surgery in a couple of months so exercise is out of the question..I'm sticking to 1200 cal. daily and drinking my water, but…

I am a nurse, and my shifts start early so I don't waste my time eating in the morning, I have breakfast during my morning break-time. I cook steel-cut oatmeal at night (enough for 2-3 days) and put it in small containers to nuke at work. I usually add a teaspoon of strawberry jam to it to sweeten. Very filling, more so…

I use a small lunch plate myself, with a kid size fork ! Whatever works--use it, I say !

haha...Good decion acknan ! and moving on, let me just say that I am seriously considering "cutting meat from my diet". My husband is game to go along with it, and uncertain if I can do it totally...tried before but I do get a craving for meat once in awhile, but I will check out the book you mention. Thanks.

I love popcorn too. I use the microwave light, no particular brand. Just to spice it up I shake cayenne on it when I take it out of the microwave..gives it a little kick !
