Two years post surgery. Robotic case, so actually was cleared to continue to exercise 5 days post procedure- which was truly amazing! In for 85 miles for Feb- since I'm praying winter comes to the Sierra Nevada mountains and it's a shorter month than most- pray for running in the snow :)

Happy New Year Everyone! Joining back in after several months off my regular running- back at it with a few big races (for me) coming up. Let's shoot for 75 for January- hopefully this is reasonable...

Welcome, I have been here for some time and am at a stage where I have so little to lose I have slowed to more of a maintenance, lose a few pounds, maintenance cycle. I do log regularly, I will support and comment when I can, and I believe we can all learn from each other to reach our goals. Always open for more friends!

I work long hours Monday through Friday as well, then the weekends are the only time to really let my hair down and socialize, relax and have fun.
