before getting my HR monitor, I just used circuit training for all of the various videos I was doing. If you can swing it, a HR monitor makes all the difference, I just added my own 90x3 entry and base my burn on what my monitor says- good luck!

Hi there, have been on the sight for a little over a year- well at least of active posting- I started with only seeing what it was about, but once I got on here and actually used the sight, I hate going long without posting! I am always open to new friends to help keep each other on track.

Back in going to say 90 miles this month as the snow and winter weather leave me doing other types of exercise often, instead of my outside runs- Happy New Year!

Well, don't know if I will make my goal for distance this month- I have started incorporating P90X3 into my circuit so have cut out distance to shoot for improved fitness- but, the month is not over yet!

I have both- I use my Garmin GPS/HRM when I work out, but use the fitbit zip as an informational tool that helps me make better decisions regarding food choices or whether or not I need to get up and move a bit.
