mmmm chipotle... I had that last weekend...so good! Their veggie rice bowls are so good. That's a good idea cooking beans & rice in bulk. I tried making beans from scratch one time and for some reason didn't come out that good, but maybe I need to try again. I have a crockpot. Would that work?

Awesome. Yes , I tried tofu scramble yesterday actually!!! I made alot so I saved half of it and added Veganaise to eat like an egg salad on toast. It was pretty good!! The oatmeal in smoothie is a great idea...I usually just do fruit, flax seeds, and almond milk. Feel free to add me as a friend!

What are some good egg substitutes? For vegan? I just got sick of eating bread or granola every morning. Oatmeal is good but not used to eating so many grains. I try smoothie but it doesn't fill me up.

Ofcourse! Working out helps to tone your body to look good. Diet helps you lose ;) Together is the best but you can definitely change your body through diet alone.

Yoga specifically has helped me tremendously with depression! That or doing a really heavy workout where you sweat hard! It's a great release,...such as a spinning class! I find that it helps to curb my appetite when I drink green tea. Also, it helps with elimination and the digestive system. All good things! However, exercise /diet is key to weight loss . Drinking the tea can't hurt 3-4 cups a day. I personally enjoy it but I wouldn't rely on that alone for weight loss.

I would be careful logging for swimming , that you don't overestimate. I usually log swimming as light/moderate unless you are a super fast swimmer! So I burn about half of that. About 200 for 25 mins

Nothing wrong with giving yourself a treat once in a while. Maybe substitute unhealthy sweets, with fruit?
