It is confusing! but, as your body looses weight you need to eat more to keep up your metabolism to maintain your weight........

I am sorry that your dealing with this. I had a friend that we were going to the gym all the time together, or just going for a walk. The one time we left the gym, I was telling her how my size 4 jeans were fitting me again, well, almost, but i could at least zip them, and she was like " there is no way you are a size 4"…

I just cannot believe it took me this long to figure out why i was gaining so much weight! hopefully we can fix this, and quick!

Thanks Ladies. I have been on them for over 6 months now, and I've done great on them, except the weight gain. I have never had an inch of celluite on my body, and its all in my legs and thighs, so i'm going to the drs today to discuss other options. Thanks again.

When I did Insanity my calves were on fire, but it goes away! keep pushing play and dig deeper!

If the serving size is 2 scoops, then its all good. My protein powder calls for 2 scoops as well :)

I think EVERYONE eats when they are bored! I usually just look at a picture of someone that I wanna look like, and it totally changes my mind frame! Or just drink some water!

I would assume doing any type of upper body or chest work should help.....

I only use free weights when I do my squats, or a sandbag.

I would do p90x first...insanity is a very challenging workout. I did p90x first, then insanity, thought it was going to be a walk in the park, and i was dead wrong! i did get great results from insanity though! good luck!

You should try doing core workouts! planks rock for the entire core! when you do a crunch you always wanna make sure your lower back in on the floor! they do say abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym! lol...good luck!

You can get resistance bands at target, i got mine for like 10.00,and i had a pull up bar, but never used it! you'll do fine!

I did p90x and didnt follow the nutrition guide at all, i was eating better, and just watching what i ate, and i ended up loosing 8lbs and 15 inches throughout my entire body- i was also using very light weights, so im sure i would have gotten much better results if i had followed the guide and lifted heavier! as long as…
