you need to train your whole body, dont just focus on one area, especially just upper body you would miss out on many of the most important lifts most noteably the squat and deadlift which are great for growth hormones which will lead to muscle gains in your entire body including your chest of course, if you neglect your shoulders and arms and back you create huge issues that ultimately lead to injuries. so I would say you just need a big overhaul on everything you do from nutirtion to training. sorry friend, good things dont come easy0

You can't decide where the fat comes off on your body! So the best thing is cardio and a good nutritition to bring your body fat down...the chest & belly is one of the last place where the fat comes off, so just have perseverance! Don't view this as a workout program or a diet...it's a new way of life! Move more, eat better, Feel awesome! Results will come man!!0
